Can u contract hepatitis B from a mosquito after its bitten off of a infected human? - contract hepatitis b by bite

I have heard that hepatitis B virus can survive on a surface like a counter for the office, and people will still become infected if they come into contact with blood in the blood. Thus, if a mosquito, also after a complete no more, still wouldnt be able to infect others? Thanks
