I hurt my collarbone using a compound bow, is this a result of bad form, how can I correct it? - archery birthday card

I have a compound bow for my birthday, pull 55 kg, and I am very new to archery. I went out and boom, I have a couple of days. My right collarbone injury began shortly after (I am) right-handed and I try to find out, whether your income is in poor condition or if I am in pain just with different muscles in archery.

There is nothing wrong, except that you shoot at him and jumped on him early. Time of ignition and just draw some arrows a day, every few days, and add a few shots at its meeting on the project. The muscles that you bowshooting not normally used in everyday life. You need to evolve gradually extended shooting.

There are few things in life differently than others and require specific muscles must be fulfilled. Climbing is an archery is different. Never use the muscles for everything else that will be painful. Take a few days before the start of the ride all day. Over time you will be able to take a much longer time and will not hurt.
