Did any of the "Russian water babies" become Olympic swimmers? - baby swimmers

I remember an experience of being raised about Russia in the 1980s with the child of the man in the water for most of their days of birth. I think that was the hope to develop water adaptation to humans and to future Olympians. I'm curious if anyone these babies on the news and everything that remembers that.
