Homemade Teen Girl Robin Costume? Help!? - homemade robin

I work with 3 miles with my friends for Sport Relief in March and the common good Superwoman Bat-wife has already won. I'd go as Robin, but the costumes are in line consists away from short skirts and tight lycra things that can not be executed!
I do not really spend too much money for this process, it is still other options for my house is a costume?
I'm pretty confused here and any help is welcome!
